    Next-Generation Intelligent Transportation System

    Breaking from traditional traffic control paradigms, the system emphasizes AI-optimized traffic control systems and big data analytics. It integrates multi-departmental data (public transit, parking management, traffic safety, meteorology) through API services, enhancing traffic incident response capabilities and reducing evacuation times for large-scale events. Key features include:

    • Visualized smart dashboards for real-time monitoring, deployed during major events like Kaohsiung National Day Fireworks, 2022 Taiwan Lantern Festival, and New Year's Eve celebrations.

    • Cross-domain management integrating traffic control, real-time monitoring, incident response, decision support, and electric bus data platforms.

    • Public-centric metrics focusing on safety, sustainability, service efficiency, and ecological preservation.

    Large-Scale Event Traffic Management

    Leverages telecom signaling data and Kaohsiung MRT/light rail ridership analytics to optimize crowd evacuation plans, shuttle routes, and transit frequency adjustments.

    Real-Time Traffic Monitoring and Incident Response

    Introduces impact-level tracking to distinguish between recurring and non-recurring congestion patterns, enabling dynamic adjustment of traffic management strategies.

    AI-Driven Decision Support

    • AI knowledge base synthesizes pedestrian flow, vehicle flow, road conditions, transit routes, and historical traffic plans for actionable insights.

    • Predictive models forecast 2-hour travel times and parking availability using big data and machine learning.

    Digital Twin Monitoring Platform

    A 3D visualization tool that dynamically displays traffic patterns and historical simulations, aiding in root-cause analysis for infrastructure improvements.

    Kaohsiung Real-Time Traffic Information Portal

    Provides comprehensive updates on road conditions, parking (off-street/on-street/smart spaces), YouBike availability, MRT/light rail status, and incidents, ensuring reliable public access to transportation data.
